WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
There is not a restocking fee. Refunds are issued after inspection of product. (making sure all parts are there)
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
we do not sell gift cards at this time.
WHY WAS MY RC BOX OPENED?
We open and inspect the shipments for damage when we receive them from the manufacturer from time to time.
WHAT IS YOUR LABOR RATE?
We charge $25(USD) an hour for repair. 1 hour min for most jobs.
Just need something soldered? we can work with you on that.
